Sweet Rush is seeking a Junior Desktop Support contractor to join our IT team from Costa Rica, with remote work options. As a freelancer for 6 months (with possible renewals up to 12 months) and up to 20 hours per week, you will support employees' desktop issues and learn system administration tasks.
You will install and configure OS and apps, onboard new hires, manage user accounts, backups, security basics, and document IT processes.
