GovCIO is seeking a Test Manager to oversee the testing strategy, planning, and execution across healthcare systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivery of high-quality software. This is a fully remote US-based role with core hours 8 AM–5 PM ET.
The role leads a team of SQA testers, develops test plans, coordinates functional, regression, UAT, and IOC testing, and reports testing status and metrics to leadership. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.
