Collective is building an AI-native financial services platform for the self-employed. You will own the architecture and buildout of the Operations Intelligence Warehouse (Big Query) and Metabase dashboards, turning telemetry into actionable metrics.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Operations, you will set data standards, model data with dbt, and enable leadership with real-time visibility into throughput, cycle time, and cost-to-serve.
