Corporate Network Services is seeking a Service Desk Support Specialist for a remote, full-time role. You will respond to client requests, support onboarding/offboarding, and create user accounts for Office 365 while remotely configuring desktop profiles.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years IT experience with strong customer service, ADUC, Windows 10/11, Mac OS X, and Office 365 expertise, plus Power Shell basics. MSP experience is a plus.
