Senior Salesforce Consultants at Xede are responsible for leading engagements with our clients, ensuring designs are aligned with  and industry best practices, and contributing to the growth and development of Xede team members. Successful candidates will have several years of experience successfully leading Salesforce implementations that include design, configuration, deployment, and training.

Big thinkers at Xede in the Business Analyst role facilitate requirements development sessions to gain an understanding of our customer's current state processes and technology, decompose those requirements into user stories and support the implementation work that follows. They uncover current state pain points, and utilize  best practices to work the possibilities into great solutions. They will also produce detailed supporting materials such as business cases, business process diagrams, wireframes and other context diagrams that support our business.

Effective candidates need to be able to efficiently synthesize both technical and business information and present implementation needs and options confidently equally well to an executive audience and to a developer community. The Business Analyst also has hands‑on responsibility for implementing  functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders during all phases of work.

The Financial Services Solution Architect (SA) is responsible for translating the Scope from the Statement of Work into a series of Discovery sessions to elicit requirements in the form of a user story backlog, decomposing the functional stories into tasks, drive task‑based estimation, consult with the Project Manager on Sprint Grooming and Project Risk, oversee and perform Sprint Construction Activities, lead the Sprint Demos, and ensure successful training and deployment.

The SA is the expert for the solutions created on behalf of the client and will be viewed as both an industry and solution expert. The SA needs to have strong business consulting capabilities, Salesforce Configuration experience and the ability to learn additional technologies and sub‑industry domain topics. The SA’s are leaders in Xede and are expected to mentor and grow other team members’ capabilities in the functional domain.

The  focused Technical Architect provides analysis, development and support for applications on the  platform based on industry Best Practices. They will be involved in all phases of the life cycle of  initiatives including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, and problem resolution.
