System One is seeking a Senior Service Now Business Process Consultant- ITSM for a remote contract. You will lead workshops, capture as-is and to-be workflows, and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
You will collaborate with Service Now developers and platform owners to configure incidents, problems, changes, requests, and knowledge; support Agile delivery and UAT cycles; and produce BA deliverables while ensuring alignment with ITOM/ITSM requirements.
