Senior Strategy Associate, GTM Data Systems & Architecture

About the Role

As a Sr. Strategy Associate, GTM Data Strategy & Architecture, you will be the business owner and lead. You will own the Salesforce data roadmap, ensuring our infrastructure scales with our GTM ambitions while maintaining foundational excellence. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and business strategy to turn Salesforce into our definitive global Source of Truth.

• Architect GTM Data Strategy and Architecture:
  Design and lead the implementation of high‑stakes data initiatives, such as Account AI Enrichment and global vendor infrastructure integrations.
• Drive SFDC Transformation:
  Own the evolution of Salesforce as the Source of Truth, overseeing complex hierarchy restructuring, parent‑child relationship cleanup, and systemic data governance.
• Lead Cross‑Functional Governance:
  Establish and chair working groups across Engineering, Rev Tech, and Sales Leadership to resolve systemic blockers, define R&Rs, and eliminate data leakage.
• Mitigate Strategic Risk:
  Proactively identify and resolve system vulnerabilities and architectural gaps before they impact revenue or reporting integrity.
• Optimize Team Velocity:
  Manage strategic data resources and capacity planning, leveraging velocity analysis to accelerate GTM decision‑making.

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Product Operations, or Management Consulting, or similar field.
• Salesforce mastery and deep data governance knowledge; platform boundaries can be pushed without coding.
• Familiarity with tools such as Zoominfo, Clay, etc.; strong data‑warehousing and API experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex business GTM needs into scalable technical requirements and infrastructure design.
• Strong experience leading initiatives across technical (Engineering/Product) and non‑technical (Sales/Operations) stakeholders.

• Experience with or desire to learn GTM Engineering.
• Technical proficiency with SQL, data enrichment tools, and API integration workflows.
• Change‑management success in large‑scale organizational transformations or system migrations.
• Ability to weigh trade‑offs, prioritize foundations against emerging trends, and communicate risks.

For Chicago, IL-based roles:
Base salary range USD $118,000 – $131,000 per year. For New York City, NY-based roles:
Base salary range USD $131,000 – $145,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles:
Base salary range USD $131,000 – $145,000 per year.

All US locations: eligible for Uber's bonus program, equity award, 401(k) plan, and other benefits.

Employees must spend at least 50% of their time in‑office unless approved for full remote work; some roles require full‑time presence.
