F3 Design is seeking an IT Support Supervisor to lead the IT Services Support Team in a remote environment. You will coach Level I/II technicians, escalate to Engineering, and maintain SOPs and CRM-driven ticket management to meet SLAs.
The role requires strong leadership, a track record in IT support, and excellent communication. The schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours support to ensure client satisfaction.
