GovCIO is seeking a Test Manager to oversee testing strategy, planning, and execution across healthcare IT systems. The role emphasizes HIPAA considerations, interoperability, and regulatory compliance while delivering secure software. This is a fully remote US-based position with core hours Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM ET.
You will lead SQA testers, develop test plans, coordinate testing types, and report risks and quality metrics to leadership. Strong SAFe/Agile, Jira, and ALM experience are required.
