Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to deliver Tier 1 triage and remote troubleshooting for CT, MR, XR, VL, and VL modalities in a 24/7 support environment. The role requires flexibility for rotating day, evening, and overnight shifts, plus weekend/holiday coverage.
Candidates should have a 2-year associate degree in a technical field and 3+ years of field/tech support experience in diagnostic imaging. Canon equipment experience is required.
