Xerox Holdings is seeking a remote Helpdesk Specialist I to handle password reset requests after hours. This is a 1-year contract, full-time, Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM, supporting end users via phone and email.
You will verify credentials, resolve password issues, escalate when needed, and provide courteous, responsive service. Prior helpdesk experience and basic IT skills are required, with familiarity in Kantime/UKG/Azure preferred.
