HRIS Senior Specialist – Must have Success Factors
W-2 Candidate only. 100% Remote.
Responsibilities- Responsible for creation of new LE in Success Factors across multiple modules
- Provides business analysis, problem solving, project management and overall HRIS planning and consulting for designated areas of HRIS
- Works closely with HR client group to define, analyze and document the business processes, systems and data in order to provide effective solutions
- Partners with users and IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions and implementation of applications
- Maintains and communicates design standards to be used for all HRIS tools, including visual interface specifications, standards and practices
- Participates in the development and implementation of programs to improve documentation and communication between HRIS and HR function
- Acts as project lead on local projects and may lead global project
- Requires 8-10 years of Success Factors experience
- Strong client service, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence at the management level
- Demonstrated ability to work with global teams
