KITSCH is seeking a Director of eCommerce to own the Shopify storefront end-to-end, overseeing both front-end experience and back-end operations. You will manage the promotional calendar, lead the CRO roadmap, and use data to boost conversion rate, AOV, and overall site performance.
Ideal candidates are expert-level Shopify operators with strong analytics, UX/UI, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced DTC environment. Remote work is supported, with collaboration across offshore teams.
