Axiom Technologies is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to join our hands-on technical team in New Hampshire. You will handle first and second line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, responding via ticketing systems, phone, or in person.
Responsibilities include OS installation/upgrade, hardware troubleshooting, workstation setup, inventory, onboarding/offboarding, remote work support, and collaboration with other IT teams on escalated issues.
