Savage Media is hiring a Hub Spot Implementation Consultant to configure, automate, and enable Hub Spot for our mid‑market and enterprise clients. It is a hands‑on build role with a client‑facing component: you will set up portals, build automation and reporting, train client teams, and stay engaged in adoption after launch to ensure the solutions are actually used. You’ll work alongside our founder, who leads data architecture, migration, and custom development, providing strong support on complex problems.

• Configure Hub Spot portals – objects, records, properties, and layouts
• Build workflow automation, email templates, and sequences
• Develop reporting and dashboards that clients can trust
• Set up Hub Spot AI context (Breeze knowledge and related)
• Train client teams and support adoption after launch
• Document builds and contribute to our SOP library
• Problem‑solve directly with client stakeholders across engagements

• Hands‑on Hub Spot configuration and automation experience
• Strong skills in reports, dashboards, templates, sequences, and workflows
• Excellent communication – able to train users and present to clients
• A portfolio of real implementations, including post‑launch usage evidence; certifications are secondary
• Clear documentation habits
• Baseline Hub Spot certifications:
  Sales Software, Marketing Software, Revenue Operations, and Reporting
• Nice to have:
  Hub Spot Accreditations, regulated‑industry experience, Rev Ops strategy insight, Hub Spot AI/Breeze setup experience

This is a full‑time, in‑office position at our Indianapolis office at The Pyramids. Flexibility to work from home is available when needed. The role includes a 90‑day probationary period. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
