The City of Amarillo is seeking an IT Support Specialist II/III to provide tier-2, onsite and remote support to end users across the organization, with a strong focus on customer service. You’ll work with Dell devices, Active Directory and Entra , Microsoft 365, and VMware virtualization in a modern IT environment.
Starting pay ranges from $21.72 to $34.08 per hour, with after-hours on-call rotation and potential extended hours when needed.
