Job Overview

Senior Data Scientist – AI. Drives data infrastructure and provides insights, reports, and analysis to support senior leadership and decision‑making.

• Perform advanced analytics to extract business value from data.
• Build large‑scale experiments and develop data‑driven models to answer business questions.
• Research cutting‑edge machine learning, deep learning, and AI techniques and tools.
• Define requirements for training and evolving deep learning models and algorithms.
• Articulate a vision and roadmap for exploiting data as a corporate asset.
• Influence product teams by presenting data‑based recommendations.
• Advocate best practices to analytics and product teams.
• Own the full model development process – identify business needs, source data, fit models, present results, and score for production.

• Master’s Degree in computer science, statistics, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in machine learning, cloud computing, or related domain.
• Experience using statistical software and machine learning to solve complex business problems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (R, Python, SAS, SQL) and scalable data pipelines.
• Experience building and deploying predictive models, web scraping, and big data analysis tools.

• Strong knowledge in predictive modeling methodology and statistical techniques (Bayesian, linear/non‑linear regression, hierarchical, mixed models).
• Experience with structured and unstructured data sources.
• Experience with cloud ML technologies (AWS Sage Maker), ML environments (Tensor Flow, scikit‑learn, caret).
• Ability to communicate complex results to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Independent and collaborative work style, meeting aggressive timelines.

Hybrid – office and work from home. Remote teams may come together in Huntington offices for collaboration.
