Automation Developer Analyst Lead

Within the Commercial Digital Technology team, provide automation solutions for applications encompassing both test and task, driving projects to delivery with automation and assisting in automation of both data & environment. Provide planning, integration, test casing, scripting, and execution of testing to ensure proper coverage. Schedules and leads test deliverables review sessions as necessary. Collaborate with the Business, BSA and Development teams in the analysis, review and translation of functional requirements to ensure testability, coverage, and to create and execute test cases for large business initiatives.
Automate these test cases, and execute on regular basis. Create and maintain test cases and test data using test automation tools. Actively participate in the review of architectural and technical design specifications. Write, review, and maintain the automation test scripts in Ruby Mine, Intellij or similar IDE and other automation tools. Identify any potential quality issues per defined processes and elevate potential quality issues immediately to management.
Assign defect severity, and manage defects throughout the project. Perform all aspects of verification, including integration testing, functional testing, and regression testing. Develop and implement well-defined test plans. Create test status reports per project guidelines. Create test results and test summary deliverables to ensure production implementation readiness. Create and facilitate review of the Test Strategy with the project team. Create and modify test automation framework for mobile team.
Drive mobile automation teams to unified automation strategy and test management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years progressive automation experience with industry standard testing/development and quality assurance methodologies and validation processes. Experience must include Quality Center, Team Foundation Server or Azure Dev Ops with defect tracking, document management, and knowledge base systems; using Microsoft Test Manager testing tools, query experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Internet Technologies with different browsers, HTML, and JavaScript, Ruby Mine, Intellij, Ruby/Cucumber, SOAP UI, Mainframes;
building automation scripts using Specflow with Object Oriented Programming; with Keyword, Modular and data driven framework, performance testing using Jmeter or any other open source technology; various Ruby gems/java libraries; industry standard databases like Oracle 10g; and developing with Appium/Selenium. Experience must also include 3 years of experience developing new automation frameworks; service testing with database interaction; in scrum and implementing BDD;
of mobile development framework. Recognizing patterns and creating re-usable scripts; and managing mobile devices in Perfecto Cloud. Alternatively, MS in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field and three years of automation experience, as detailed above, is acceptable.
