Job Title
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s):
North Carolina and Virginia.
- Data Analysis
- Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs analysis for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output. - System Testing
- Thoroughly tests systems to ensure proper installation of new software, system changes, and overall efficiency. Evaluates and conveys testing results. Performs coding and assists in implementing system modifications and enhancements. - Business Support
- Provides technical support by performing coding, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve processing capabilities. Works closely with business units and operation teams to support their business objectives. - Technical Proficiency
- Utilizes knowledge to develop or install appropriate computer software. Serves as a resource on data processing systems and procedures. - On-call Support
- Provides 24/7 on-call support via rotation.
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Application software programming
OR
High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Application software programming
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with programming languages such as Microsoft .NET (C#); ASP.NET Core;
JavaScript; HTML 5; XML; SQL Scripting and Powershell Scripting, Blazor,.NET SDK 8.0+ - Vulnerability management and remediation
- System Design including UI, Windows services, and integration
- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar code repository system,
- Experience with Service Now or other information technology service ticketing systems,
- Knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodology (like Waterfall and Agile),
- Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a rotating basis
- Current contractor/contingent worker for First Citizens Bank

If hired in North Carolina or Virginia, the base pay for this position is generally between $112,500 and $125,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
