At HYBE, we believe in the power of music and foster a culture built on Passion, Autonomy, and Trust.

Position Overview

HYBE America is seeking an analytics-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Marketing Intern to join our Marketing, Digital & Promotions team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about music and curious about how data informs strategy, storytelling, and audience growth.

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the team by tracking and analyzing performance across music releases, digital platforms, and campaigns—helping translate data into actionable insights that drive impact.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week. The internship will run from August 24, 2026 - December 18, 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, aggregate, and track performance data across music releases, campaigns, and platforms
  • Support the creation and distribution of daily and weekly reports for Marketing, Digital, and Promotions teams
  • Analyze key performance metrics across DSPs, radio, and social platforms to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist in building and maintaining internal dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools
  • Provide ad hoc analytical and administrative support for ongoing campaigns and short-term projects
  • Monitor real-time performance and flag notable insights, anomalies, or growth opportunities
  • Occasionally support content shoots and light editing, as needed
  • Stay up to date on music, digital trends, and emerging platforms, with a strong understanding of what resonates with audiences
Qualifications
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and organizing information in a clear, structured way
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, sorting/filtering, basic analysis)
  • Strong analytical mindset with an interest in performance metrics and data storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to support cross-functional teams
  • Passion for music, pop culture, and the evolving digital landscape
It’s a Bonus if You Have
  • Familiarity with DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, You Tube, etc.) and social media analytics
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau)
  • Basic content editing skills (photo/video)

Don't match every skill listed? Almost nobody does! Think you're a good fit anyway? Please let us know.

Compensation

This role is paid on an hourly basis, with up to 35 hours per week. The hourly rate for this position is $18.47 per hour, in accordance with the Santa Monica minimum wage at the time of posting. This role does not include additional benefits or other compensatory components.
