Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

We are hiring a Project Manager with strong experience in Genesys Call Center implementations to support a large-scale initiative with a Jacksonville-based client. This is a remote position with approximately 25% travel required, primarily to Jacksonville, FL.

• Lead end-to-end Genesys call center implementation projects
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical and business stakeholders
• Drive project strategy, planning, and execution
• Ensure successful deployment and optimization of Genesys solutions

• Proven experience leading Genesys Call Center implementations
• Strong project management background overseeing complex technical projects
• Ability to think critically and drive strategic decision‑making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar
• Experience working in large enterprise environments

• Remote role with ~25% travel (primarily Jacksonville, FL)
• 6-month contract with potential for extension
• Opportunity to work on a high-impact, enterprise‑level deployment

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
