Job Summary

The Enterprise BI & Analytics Team is the central hub of analytics at Webstaurant Store. We transform billions of data points across marketing, supply chain, and customer experience into trusted data and actionable insights. Leveraging a modern data stack and innovative Data Ops practices, the team enables smarter decisions, scalable growth, and new opportunities. Senior Technical Business Analysts partner with stakeholder teams, analysts, and engineers to bring high-visibility and high-impact BI solutions and Data Products to life.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of BI & Analytics solutions.

• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholder and development teams, managing development capacity while meeting stakeholder needs.
• Own and manage agile sprints: define delivery scope, groom backlog, lead stand‑ups, and coordinate solutions with stakeholders, managers, analysts, and engineers.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders, identify and alleviate team challenges, and prioritize high‑value BI projects.
• Support data governance and data quality initiatives as a focus area for 2026.

• Requires communication via speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.

• Scrum certification or equivalent experience leading Scrum ceremonies.
• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment, ideally in BI Scrum Master or BI Delivery Lead roles.
• Understanding of BI concepts and development lifecycle.
• Experience with agile planning tools (preferably Azure Dev Ops).
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Identify, refine, and plan BI and data product solutions.
• Build and manage the product backlog and delivery roadmap.
• Ensure smooth delivery of BI & Analytics projects.

• Lead agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, grooming, sizing, retros, reviews).
• Coordinate with analysts and developers to manage backlog and sprint work.
• Prioritize competing requests and communicate progress clearly.
• Track sprint outcomes, remove blockers, and escalate issues when needed.
• Support long‑term planning and integrate strategic initiatives.
• Provide resource allocation recommendations for each sprint.

• Maintain strong relationships across business units and technical teams.
• Serve as a trusted business partner, guiding decisions rather than merely taking orders.
• Partner with BI analysts on requirements gathering and request refinement.
• Communicate developer needs clearly to business stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions when challenges or conflicts arise.

• Align project needs with BI Manager plans and support team development.
• Provide quarterly updates on team performance and effectiveness.
• Uphold internal standards and mentor junior team members.
