Database Management and Automotive Department Support

The company Robert Bosch odbytová s.r.o. with its headquarters in Prague and service center in Mikulov is part of the international Bosch Group and is currently looking for a new member of our international team.
We are looking for a skilled student of a technical field with an interest in Automotive who can assist us with various tasks and also get involved in interesting projects with international scope.
Work with Data and Systems
- Management of contacts and work with the database in CRM system
- Evidence and registration of devices
- Preparation of service documents and creation of materials for the web portal
- Evaluation of data and work with statistics in Excel
- Translations of technical information from English/German to Czech or possible communication and cooperation with colleagues from abroad
Technical Practice in Real Environment
- Support in testing diagnostic devices and measurements on vehicles
- Cooperation with the technical team on solving service tasks
Support for Trainings and Workshops
- Preparation of training materials
- Organization and preparation of vehicles for training
Qualifications
- Study of a technical field (ideally with a prospect of long-term cooperation)
- English at a communicative level (German is an advantage)
- Good orientation in MS Office, especially Excel (you will also use it when working with data and statistics)
- Carefulness, independence, and a desire to learn new things
Additional Information
- Long-term cooperation in an international company on DPČ (20 hours/week)
- Evaluation in the form of an hourly rate of 195 Kč with the possibility of increase after employment
- Contribution to meals 95 Kč / day (from 3 worked hours / day)
