Application Business Analyst for Innovaccer Offshore/Remote

Job Summary The Application Business Analyst provides quality implementations, upgrades, and support applications. This position performs needs assessments and impact analyses and understands the business and the processes of application areas. The Analyst leads new installations and system optimization and provides on- going troubleshooting.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Incident, Change and Requests Management - Follows organizational practices for incident, change and requests management.
• Process Documentation - Documents and builds workflow, standards, and business processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within and across teams.
• Vendor Collaboration - Works with vendors in implementing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting applications.
• Business User Discussions Facilitations - Facilitates business user discussions to identify the requirements for applications’ functionality and workflow.
• Training & Education - Acts as an applications expert to assist with the creation of training programs.
• Application Design, Configuration & Support - Designs, configures, and supports applications based on standards and guidelines.
• Project Management - Manages projects that do not require project management office (PMO) oversight.
• System Subject Matter Expert - Represent the knowledge area as a subject matter expert and identify downstream impacts as familiarity with the company systems and business processes increase.
• System Enhancement Identification - Research, analyze, and present information to stakeholders and provides input regarding potential system enhancement needs. 1
• Application & Workflow Test Development - Performs testing for applications and workflow and reports results to stakeholders. Requirements & Qualifications
• Relevant experience with marketing and/or customer service application administration.
• Prefer experience with AI agents and chatbots.
• Epic Cadence certification is a plus. Evaluation Criteria
