REMOTE-Senior HRIS Analyst Workday

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze employee information using Human Resources Information Systems (Workday).
• Design, implement, and analyze reports to determine organizational trends in at least two functional areas.
• Ensure system integration and upgrades by collaborating with colleagues and business SMEs.
• Contribute significantly to complex aspects of projects.
• Ensure integrity of HR data and optimal use of the HRIS system (Workday), delivering all deliverables on time and accurately.
• Lead issue resolution and response coordination during unplanned adverse events involving technology and process.
• Lead projects in related functional areas of Workday by preparing project plans, gaining SME support, and providing market-based configuration recommendations.
• Ensure changes to systems are developed, configured, and tested in non-production environments before deployment in live environments.
• Document all changes and enhancements using best practices to ensure version control and standard naming conventions strategies are employed.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proven analytical expertise.
• 5+ years of responsibilities in HR or related function;
  Workday accreditation desired.
• Proven management and leadership capabilities and excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Base pay: $120,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
