Sweet Rush is seeking a Junior Desktop Support contractor, to join our IT team remotely from Costa Rica. This 6-month project (with possible renewal) runs up to 20 hours per week and ASAP start.
You will provide front-line desktop support, install and configure systems, assist onboarding, perform basic system administration, document IT processes, and help with backups and security, while collaborating on IT initiatives.
