Delaney Computer Services (DCS) seeks an experienced MSP Support Technician to join the team. This fully remote role supports clients across the United States from a Florida home office, with daily work ranging from troubleshooting Microsoft 365 to deployments and migrations.
You will troubleshoot complex issues, communicate directly with clients, own tickets from start to finish, and contribute to infrastructure projects. Flexibility for some evenings/weekends is required.
