Software Technology, Inc. is seeking an EHR Helpdesk Shift Lead to act as senior technical lead for Epic support across 13 state-operated facilities. This remote role oversees incident triage, escalation, and shift coverage for go-lives and day-to-day operations.
You will mentor analysts, coordinate with clinical informatics, and develop procedures to improve SLAs, ensuring efficient Epic resolution and alignment with clinical objectives.
