Visa Hunt is building a dedicated weekday coverage team to support GPU compute clusters. The role focuses on hardware and network diagnosis rather than HPC or application support, operating remotely with direct client interaction in English.
You will diagnose faults, triage incidents, and work with hardware logs and Infini Band fabrics to isolate issues and document resolutions for RMAs as needed. This is a hands-on, frontline support position.
