- Own end-to-end data quality strategy across RMN; define standards, validation, and reconciliation; drive cross-team coordination (Product, Eng, Ops, P2P); establish data ownership & accountability reporting (who creates errors, trends, scorecards)
- Data quality & governance frameworks
- Strong SQL / analytics
- Cross-functional leadership
- Data lifecycle expertise (capture – flow – reporting)
