AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to join our IT team in a hybrid role based in Worthington, OH (on-site Tue–Thu). The ideal candidate will design, implement, and support Pure Cloud/Genesys Cloud solutions, manage IVR/ACD scripts, and lead capacity planning for Omni Channel platforms.
Requirements include a BS in CS or related field, 6+ years' experience, Genesys Pure Cloud certifications, and strong troubleshooting, scripting (Java/JavaScript) and API skills.
