Path Forward LLC in Albuquerque is seeking a Support Engineer I to provide technical support by phone or ticketing system, with occasional on-site visits. You will follow documented procedures, monitor queues, and maintain SLAs.
You will document all time, escalate issues per IT Glue, create or update IT Glue docs, and build client rapport during onsite assignments. Expect 50-75% travel and basic knowledge of Windows, AD, virtualization, and networking.
