Darkroom is hiring an Associate Director, Programmatic to build and lead its programmatic capability inside Paid Media. You will shape strategy, activate campaigns, and scale across Amazon DSP, CTV, OLV, and RMNs, while maintaining a hands-on, test-driven approach.
The role reports to the Managing Director of Paid Media and requires 6–8+ years in programmatic media, with deep Amazon DSP expertise. You will define roadmaps, partner with analytics, and guide client conversations from day one.
