Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Manager for Agentic AI in HR Technology. This remote, contract role focuses on defining the product roadmap for AI-powered HR solutions and partnering with HR, TA, and Employee Experience teams to identify automation opportunities.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in PM, 3+ years in HR tech, and experience with Workday and Service Now HRSD. Knowledge of AI governance and ROI models is preferred.
