DMI is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist (Journeyman) to deliver on-site Tier II support for a federal agency. You will image, configure, and secure Windows and macOS desktops and mobile devices, manage MDM enrollment, and guide Tier I staff while aligning with security baselines and Zero Trust principles.
You will use Ivanti, KACE, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF to automate tasks, troubleshoot authentication, and resolve complex endpoint issues, providing clear user-focused communications.
