Accentucom L.L.C. is seeking a reliable IT Support Engineer for a part-time remote role. You will provide Level 1.5 and Level 2 support, address Windows 10/11 issues, and manage Microsoft 365 services for end users.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in help desk or desktop support, strong problem‑solving and customer service skills, and familiarity with AD, Entra , and Intune. This is a hands-on, independent role with remote work flexibility.
