Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Program or Portfolio Manager for a remote contract role up to 13 months. The position requires managing large, multi-year initiatives with a blend of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of program/portfolio management, hands-on use of Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, and SharePoint, and PMP or Scrum Master certification. State government and Salesforce experience are highly desired.
