As a  
** Platform & Governance Lead Architect** , you will be a crucial member of our Service Now practice, responsible for providing expertise in all facets of the Service Now platform and integrated technologies. Your primary role will be to design and architect comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' business requirements while aligning with industry best practices. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of Service Now projects.

Your responsibilities include:

** Solution Design and Architecture:
** Provide expert guidance on Service Now capabilities, customization options, and best practices. Lead the design of Service Now solutions that meet clients' requirements andleverage the Service Now platform and integrations effectively.

Identify and solve potential challenges.

** Implementation Support:
** Support the delivery of Service Now solutions. Provide technical oversight and ensure the design is accurately implemented. Ensure deliveries follow ICF and Service Now standards and processes. Oversee the integration of Service Now with other systems and applications to create seamless workflows and automate business processes. Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms.

** Performance Optimization:
** Conduct performance analysis and optimizations to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of Service Now and integrated solutions. Address performance bottlenecks.

** Quality Assurance:
** Design quality assurance plans and ensure the technical deliverables meet quality standards and best practices.

** Project Management:
** Work with project managers to keep projects within scope and timeline. Communicate project status with practice leadership and clients. Support deployment registrations to maintain Service Now partner status.

** Security and Compliance:
** Design the security plan and ensure all solutions follow security best practices and compliance requirements. Work with security teams to implement security measures and maintain a secure environment.

** Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
** Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidelines. Contribute to the knowledge base and share best practices within the team and the Practice. Lead knowledge sharing sessions across the practice.

** Continuous Learning:
** Stay updated on the latest developments in Service Now and integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends. Enhance your expertise to provide innovative solutions and approaches.

** Client Relationships:
** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality solutions.

** Mentorship and coaching:
** Foster growth of our Service Now talent pool by targeting career pathways, mentoring and coaching individuals, and tailoring growth plans.

** Strategic Relationships:
** Foster enduring relationships between ICF, Service Now, and our clients. Facilitate collaboration and issue resolution.

** Corporate Growth:
** Contribute to the growth of the business. Lead the development of client roadmaps to identify and foster new opportunities for ICF services and Service Now licenses sales. Present proposed solutions to potential clients, explaining the technical details in a clear and understandable manner. Collaborate with the proposal teams and create compelling proposals and oral presentations that outline the technical aspects of the solution.

** What you must bring:*
* + 8+ years of experience implementing or architecting Service Now solutions

+ Experience Implementing at least two of the following: HRSD, ITSM,Discovery, Service Mapping, or Software / Hardware Asset Management

+ Service Now Certified System Administrator

+ Service Now Certified Master Architect

+ Must hold an active

TopSecret Clearance

+ Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.

Experience with Integration Hub, RestAPI and custom integration scripting.

+ Vast experience across numerous parts of the Service Now platform and comfort with commonly integrated third-party technologies

+ Excellence in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and other relevant languages

+ Experience in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations

+ Demonstrated expertise in system architecture and design principles, with the ability to develop scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions.
