forgd is seeking an AI Engagement Lead to own the full lifecycle of AI transformation engagements for enterprise clients. You will be the single accountable lead from scoping through closure, partnering with 1–5 Applied AI Architects to deliver high-value Claude-based transformations.
You will manage concurrent engagements across the portfolio, ensure measurable outcomes, and drive adoption of Claude within client organizations while shaping forgd's delivery framework as a founding team member.
