Overview
Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, focusing on Financials and Supply Chain. This role leads and supports Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement, and maintenance projects.
Responsibilities- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and finance users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Provide functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
- Write detailed functional and technical specifications for customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications.
- Assist finance teams with month-end close processes and provide ongoing support.
- Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end-users.
- Lead and guide teams in quarterly patch testing, ensuring smooth upgrades and minimal disruption.
- Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests.
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, with a strong focus on Financials and Supply Chain domains.
- Deep understanding of Financial Accounting, Accounting Processes, and Manufacturing Processes.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules:
General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write clear and concise functional and technical specifications.
- Experience in creating and delivering end-user training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and proactive; ability to work independently and address potential challenges.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification(s).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Salary range: $155,000 – $165,000; final offer based on skills, experience, and education.
