Job Title

Vos missions en quelques mots

The sub-directorate of secure architectures ensures the coherence of network and infrastructure services. It provides hosting services, including the ministerial Cloud π, recognized by the Prime Minister's services as the main Cloud of the State (with that of the DGFiP). In your role as a technical architect within the SDAS, you will be responsible for:

• Developing information systems and network architectures based on functional and application architecture files to meet project needs
• Writing technical hosting architecture files and technical installation files
• Specifying IT infrastructures (servers, storage-backup, LAN, WAN, TCP-IP, SSI, technical bases and middle wares, virtualization (Vmware and KVM), Openstack, Openshift) to be implemented in line with technical directives, respecting costs, deadlines, and objectives of robustness, performance, and quality of service
• Integrating cybersecurity, GDPR, IAM, hardening requirements and ensuring availability, resilience, and scalability / Anticipating evolutions and identifying relevant evolutions
• Collaborating on projects for the evolution and renovation of shared infrastructures: consolidation of servers, storage solutions, backup, archiving, etc.
• Verifying and analyzing the technical impacts of new solutions and their consistency with the existing architecture
• Carrying out impact studies, sizing, and costing of recommended solutions
• Writing study reports and technical specifications
• Following the implementation and assisting project teams in the hosting process
• Participating or leading technical workshops for the realization of POC (proof of concept) in various innovative technical fields (security, hosting, cloud computing, big data, etc.)
• Participating in the development of the program of employment of credits and management of budgets related to the acquisition of infrastructures
• Participating in the updating of the services catalog
• Participating in professional fairs, conferences, and various events likely to enrich knowledge on the evolution of technologies
• Contributing to technological foresight and the evolution of technical standards of the technical strategy

Technical knowledge
• Proficiency in IT and office software – required
• Knowledge of the administrative professional environment – required
• Specific technical knowledge – Knowledge of physical servers, virtualization, storage, network (network flow management) and security equipment (RPA, WAF, EPS, HSM,...), Cloud (container & container orchestration,...) - Basic ITIL knowledge is a plus.

The position is full-time (38 hours/week) and entitles to 25 annual leave days and 16 days of ARTT. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, committed to the digital transformation of the State and focused on public innovation.
