Jobtailor seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote technical support for end users across devices and software. You will respond to calls, emails, tickets and in-person requests, diagnose issues, and document resolutions to ensure knowledge is shared.
You will install and configure PCs, laptops, tablets and printers, visit remote sites as needed, and work with vendors to maintain systems. A+ or Network+ and AD/Office skills are preferred.
