Here we have a great opportunity to join our team as a Change Analyst! As Change Analyst, you will ensure predictive mindset is applied in change to prevent and or mitigate the risk of service disruption. The scope of this role in service management is to ensure management of the Capgemini account function is achieved. You will collaborate with stakeholders and our extensive high-profile client network to forecast future needs, address capacity constraints, and enhance performance through change management.

Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role Analyse change performance data and support initiatives that increase the percentage of changes implemented correctly first time.

Assess change records to ensure implementation risks are clearly identified, documented, and appropriate mitigations are in place prior to approval.

Track changes through the change lifecycle and monitor adherence to agreed plans and implementation timescales.

Validate that change records comply with client, customer, and regulatory controls, maintaining accuracy within the Change Control System.

Identify and escalate changes that may impact service quality, supporting effective risk management and decision-making.

Support Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting activities and communicate change progress, outcomes, and post-implementation results to relevant stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

Expect major part of experience in IT Infrastructure, with emphasis on operational management.

Clear commitment to Service Management Framework approach to IT Infrastructure management essential. Previous experience strongly desirable.

ITIL certification.

Have Interpersonal and Communication skills.

A self-starter.

Possess good judgement.

Work well with teams.

Knowledge of the use of Service now.
