ODL is seeking a IT support specialist to serve as the initial contact for user issues and manage tickets from submission through resolution. You will support desktops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices, plus Office 365 apps and AV equipment in meeting rooms.
You will document processes and create knowledge articles while leveraging Intune for configuration deployments and Windows/Mobile support. Spanish is a plus and strong communication is essential.
