About the Role
Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, and test software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies, and tools. Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. Work under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.
Areasof Responsibility
- Support email campaign configuration and operations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Messagepoint, and Data Dictionary Management.
- Handle email configuration requests, including business requirements review, campaign configuration, HTML coding, testing, production deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Provide specialized Messagepoint configuration support, leading template requirements refinement, managing the template development life cycle, and deploying large‑scale projects following agile SDLC.
- Coordinate and maintain the Data Dictionary used for the Universal Schema, ensuring accurate addition of new variables or fields to inbound and outbound data schemas.
- Prior experience with email campaign configuration in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience configuring Salesforce campaigns, HTML, testing, collaborating with requestors and technical partners, and scheduling production deployments.
- Ability to manage a high volume of configuration requests across multiple platforms with minimal supervision.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on user experience.
- Experience independently leading the refinement of configuration requirements and managing the configuration life cycle to production implementation.
- Technical resource for translating business requirements and configuring content.
- Hands‑on experience designing, configuring, and deploying complex solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience editing HTML in a text editor and coding tables in HTML with nested table structures.
- Understanding of XML structures.
- Prior email or web development experience.
- Experience with AMPscript or another programming language (JavaScript, PHP, Java, Swift, etc.) to interpret/write programmatic code.
- Positive attitude/resilience toward stress.
- Strict adherence to process/workflow requirements.
- Prior experience in content design with Messagepoint or Open Text Exstream.
- Ability to work well independently and in large group settings, handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Collaborative skills with technical partners to coordinate delivery of workflow solutions.

- Proficiency in MS Office Products, especially Excel.
