Service Pros Installation Group, INC in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an IT Support Technician to install, maintain, and support desktop software and hardware for SPIG end users. FLSA:
Non-Exempt, hourly; on-site training is four to six weeks, followed by a hybrid schedule with three days in-office.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (AS or Bachelor's in Computer Science preferred), 2+ years in helpdesk/desktop support, and English communication skills. CompTIA A+ preferred.
