Millennium Systems International seeks an Early Career Business Support Specialist to join our remote, full‑time team in supporting Meevo clients via phone, email, and live chat. The schedule runs Monday–Friday with some weekend coverage, all in EST, for a 40‑hour workweek.
You will troubleshoot product and training questions, document issues in Salesforce, and remain current on Meevo products and scenarios to ensure customer success.
