We seek candidates with a background in computer science, information systems, business analysis, or related fields, with more than three years in similar roles. Candidates should have solid knowledge in process mapping, requirement gathering, identifying improvements, and documentation.
Responsibilities include analyzing, documenting, and standardizing business and requirement processes, elaborating test plans, preparing data, and executing tests. Candidates will also coordinate with product and development teams to design solutions aligned with business needs, prepare and document functional requirements and system configurations, and participate in the design, evaluation, development, testing, training, and deployment of new functionalities.
