VP / Head Of Strategic Partnerships

At Biorce, we're transforming how the pharmaceutical industry designs and executes clinical trials. Our AI-driven platform, AIKA, helps global pharma, biotech, and CROs accelerate molecule-to-market timelines, reduce protocol amendments, and build smarter, more inclusive trials.

With operations in Europe and the U.S., and ambitious growth targets ahead, we're building a world-class commercial organization to redefine what "AI for Clinical Trials" means. Our mission is to reduce timelines, prevent avoidable errors, and help life-science organizations bring treatments to patients faster. As we scale globally, strategic partnerships with regulators, healthcare providers, and technology ecosystems are critical to expanding our impact and credibility.

Following rapid global expansion, we are seeking a VP / Head of Strategic Partnerships to help drive our commercial and ecosystem growth. This person will play a critical role in owning the strategy, negotiation, and execution of Biorce's most critical external partnerships.

The VP / Head of Partnerships will sit at the intersection of regulatory alignment, healthcare systems, and technology ecosystems, building high-value alliances that accelerate Biorce's adoption, trust, and scalability globally.

Who We're Looking For:

A hands-on, executive-level negotiator with deep regulatory and ecosystems fluency. This person should be able to build long-term, scalable frameworks with hospitals, SaaS providers, and public bodies, ensuring Biorce's technology becomes deeply embedded in real-world clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Biorce's global partnership strategy aligned with product, regulatory, and commercial priorities
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic partners across regulators, healthcare systems, and technology ecosystems
  • Build long-term, scalable partnership frameworks rather than one-off commercial deals

Regulatory & Public Partnerships

  • Lead partnerships and collaborations with regulatory authorities, public institutions, and policy-shaping bodies
  • Support regulatory alignment initiatives, pilot programs, sandboxes, and innovation frameworks
  • Work closely with internal clinical, regulatory, and legal teams to ensure credibility and compliance

Healthcare System Partnerships

  • Establish strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks for clinical research enablement
  • Negotiate partnership models covering data access, workflow integration, pilots, and long-term collaboration
  • Enable Biorce's technology to be embedded into real-world clinical and research environments

Technology & SaaS Alliances

  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with complementary SaaS providers (CRO tech stack, data platforms, AI tools)
  • Design integration, co-selling, and co-marketing frameworks where appropriate
  • Ensure partnerships create measurable product, commercial, or strategic leverage

Negotiation & Deal Ownership

  • Own end-to-end partnership negotiations, including commercial terms, scope, governance, and KPIs
  • Balance speed, strategic value, and risk in complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations

Internal Alignment & Execution

  • Act as the internal owner of strategic partnerships post-signature, ensuring value realization
  • Align partnership outcomes with product roadmap, sales strategy. Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Commercial teams to structure agreements that scale globally

Requirements

Must-haves

  • Proven executive-level experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within Healthtech, Biotech, or Clinical Research.
  • Deep regulatory fluency and experience navigating healthcare systems, hospitals, and public bodies.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Familiarity with the clinical trial tech stack (data, EDC, eCOA, eTMF, CTMS, RWD, etc.).

Nice-to-Haves

  • An existing network of contacts within global regulatory agencies or major healthcare networks is a strong plus.
  • Experience building SaaS integration or co-marketing frameworks.

Why Join Us?

  • A dynamic work environment with an international team, where collaboration and diversity thrive.
  • Work alongside top talent, united by a shared purpose and committed to making a real impact.
  • Comprehensive private health coverage to ensure your physical and mental well-being.
  • Hybrid work model offering flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.
  • Company events to celebrate achievements and enjoy time together.
  • Get equipped with a Mac Book to enhance your productivity and work experience.
