CRO Consultant

CRO Consultant (Marketing):
Driving continuous improvements in website performance, conversion, and lead generation by analyzing user behavior and executing optimization strategies with an accent on A/B testing and funnel performance. Focus on building data-driven roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing personalization solutions to maximize engagement across client properties.

Must be based in or able to commute to Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid role).

INNOCEAN Europe is a marketing and communications network serving as an in-house agency for brands like Hyundai and Kia.

• Audit digital properties to identify conversion bottlenecks and improve customer journey flows.
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and personalization campaigns.
• Collaborate with digital strategists, UX designers, and developers to implement actionable landing page improvements.
• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track CRO KPIs and funnel metrics.
• Advise marketing teams on best practices for personalization, targeting, and segmentation.

• 5–7+ years of experience in CRO, digital analytics, or performance marketing.
• Strong expertise with A/B testing platforms like Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, or VWO.
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Contentsquare.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, funnel analysis, and customer journey optimization.
• Experience with tag management (GTM/Tealium) and visualization tools (Tableau/Looker Studio).
• Ability to work on-site in Frankfurt as part of a hybrid schedule.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementation.
